Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Cats & Skulls, you can return your order for a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
The items returned must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached for the return to be accepted.

Please return your parcel to us at the below address and ensure that you enclose a note containing your name, surname, telephone number and delivery address.

Warranty
Warranty covers any factory defect, such as defective seams and any product irregularity. Any defect resulting from abuse or misuse of garments are not covered by any warranties and do not qualify for our exchange policy.
All garments are subject to inspection and a proof of purchase before any refunds will be considered by Cats and Skulls.
There is no automatic “change of mind” right of return.
