A: Absolutely! Every cat and skull design is an original artwork created by our founder in Centurion. You won't find these unique graphics anywhere else
A: We use two secrets: 1) Premium 145gsm carded cotton fabric, and 2) Advanced DTF printing technology that embeds the ink into the fabric fibers instead of leaving a thick, plastic-like layer on top.
A: Our DTF printing is specifically chosen for its durability and flexibility. When cared for properly (washed inside-out in cold water, tumble dried low), our prints are highly crack-resistant and designed to stay vibrant.
A: For the longest life:
- Wash inside-out in cold water.
- Use a mild detergent.
- Tumble dry on low heat or, ideally, line dry.
- Avoid ironing directly on the print.

📦 Ordering & Shipping
A: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery via our courier partners takes 7-14 business days nationwide.
A: We offer FREE Locker to Locker shipping on all orders within South Africa! Your order will be delivered to your nearest PUDO pickup locker for convenience.
A: PUDO (Pick Up Drop Off) is a network of secure, self-service parcel lockers. You can select a locker location at checkout (often at petrol stations or shopping centers) and collect your package at any time using a unique code. It's a safe and flexible delivery option.
A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey.
♻️ Returns & Exchanges
A: We offer 14-day returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Your happiness is our priority. Please see our full Returns Policy below for details.
A: This is rare due to our quality checks, but if there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, please contact us immediately at [hello@purrskull.co.za] with photos. We will cover the costs and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
A: For faulty items or our errors, we cover all costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
